There is some serious talk that the new TAE Diploma will add some robustness with a minimum amount of training hours needed to gain entry to the course. However, it still doesn&#039;t speak to the on-going currency issues. Cheers, Marc</description>

		<description>I totally agree! Although sometime people do not ask questions because they are not into the training and it is boring... they can&#039;t be bothered. So trainers need to make things interesting enough to have them want to ask.
